I am passionate about hand drawing and love using it to express spatial design ideas. I hope to continue to do this in my professional career. I am also passionate about human connection and hope that hand drawing can play a part in the understanding that is so important between architect and user during the design process.

I want to be an architect because I want to make our daily experiences as humans better. Creating an interesting and exciting built environment does not only refer to the tangible building. Architects design how spaces socially and culturally affect people and communities.

Right now my goal is to learn as much as I can. There are so many facets of architecture from the actual material connections to the site context and users in terms of schematic design and development. I am doing my best to be a sponge and absorb all of it so I can grow.
